➜All payments are in USD and will be done through Paypal. Payment will be expected upfront within 24 hours unless directly stated otherwise.
➜I will send confirmations for the sketch and lineart so the client can verify that the image is to their taste and will only continue once this confirmation is given. You have the right to up to 4 edits in each phase without the application of a $5 fee.
➜In case the client is unhappy with the final product, a refund will not be provided as I will only continue a project with the direct approval of the client. If you have any issues with the art whatsoever, notify me during a wip check or at the very least before I send the finished result.
➜I have the right as an artist to share wip images of the art online or privately and to use the finished piece as an example of a commission.
➜Simple edits of a finished piece on your own are only allowed with prior notification of the artist. Most of the time I'll do edits for free if the client chooses or is not able to edit the image themselves. If not we can negociate on the price.
